Joann found me through a Google search for a baptism photographer in Westchester, Los Angeles. Her adorable twins were being baptized at the St. Anastasia Catholic Church, located in the Westchester neighborhood of West Los Angeles. The ceremony was conducted by the same priest who baptized Joann many years ago. Family flew in from all over the United States for the event, so it was the perfect opportunity to capture some fantastic family photos, with everyone dressed up and looking camera-ready. The picturesque courtyard, with colorful flowers and a stone wall, was a great backdrop for the group portraits.
While an outdoor reception had been planned, Los Angeles rain forced the celebration indoors to the Westchester Elks Lodge, an event venue in Playa del Rey. The guests had a great time and Coffee Catering LA came in with their popular mobile coffee cart, which was a big hit. Joann was thrilled with the event photos and left a great baptism photography review on my Google page.
