Birthday party photography is always fun and Stella and Emery’s colorful Brentwood bash was no exception. The girls are cousins and I was hired as their birthday party photographer because I covered Emery’s younger brother Parker’s first birthday party last year and their mom loved the birthday photos of the images of the special occasion. The party was at their gorgeous house in the beautiful, upscale neighborhood of Brentwood in West Los Angeles – a fantastic location to be hired as a birthday photographer!
One of the most fun parts of the party was the entertainment, with the family hiring a couture traveling farm called Little Horse on the Prairie. The animals have also appeared on TV shows including Modern Family and The Bachelor. From a giant Flemish bunny to a naked neck showgirl chicken, they sure made for some fantastic candid birthday photos. The children also got to enjoy a bouncy castle which allowed for some fun action photos and Heather from Balloon Works was there to create some wonderful balloon art, like the giant number three balloon hanging over the heart-themed food, decorations, and cake.
